Yeah that's right ...... "Tree" Card Monte.

Three cards are fanned and shown face up: Two black tens and a three of diamonds in the middle. The cards are turned face down and the spectator is asked to select the middle card. The magician asks him to name the card. Pretending not to hear him very well, the magician says " Did you say the TREE of diamonds?"
The card is turned over to reveal the "Tree" of Diamonds.
